What are the growth charts made of?
All of our growth charts are printed in vibrant color on high quality 10 oz vinyl, which is lightweight and easy to hang. A black sharpie marker is included for marking your child's height.
How do I care for my new growth chart?
Unlike fabric or canvas growth charts, our vinyl growth charts don't require a lot of maintenance. Simply wipe clean with a damp sponge to remove sticky fingerprints and anything else your little one can manage to smear on it!
How do I hang my new growth chart?
Hanging your new growth chart is easy..! Simply measure and mark wall with a pencil 60 inches up from the floor, line up the pencil mark with the 60 inch mark, then hang with a nail, hook or thumbtack.
Do you accept custom orders?
At the time, we do not, however, we are planning to add this service in the future.
My growth chart arrived with wrinkles, now what?
Don't panic! Although we take great care to ensure your growth chart is lovingly packaged and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube, you may find that you have some wrinkles in your growth chart when it arrives. Not to worry... The wrinkles will naturally flatten themselves out over time, but if you can't wait, hang your growth chart and use a blow dryer on low heat to air out the wrinkles. The low heat should smooth out any wrinkles. If you're still having an issue with wrinkles, drop us a line.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept MC, VISA, AMEX and DISCOVER for payment. You also have the option to pay via paypal if you choose. We do not accept checks or money orders.
How long will it take for the order to be shipped out?
All of our personalized growth charts are custom made to order and therefore we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for delivery. International orders and orders placed during peak seasons, may take longer. For customers purchasing a growth chart as a gift for a special occasion, we ask that you keep these lead/shipping times in mind. All growth charts are shipped via priority mail (international orders are shipped via First Class Parcel). Rush shipping is available during checkout however, that does not affect the time it takes to design, print and finish your chart, which is usually about 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping rates are based on your location. Our shopping cart is set up to provide you with an accurate shipping rate based on your location.
Do you accept returns?
While we don't expect that you won't absolutely LOVE your new growth chart, if for some reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 100%, no questions asked guarantee. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase to request an RMA for a full refund.
